PAYMENT, PRICING & PROMOTIONS

We accept the following payment methods: (PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diner's Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay and Google Pay). 

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship to nearly every country in the world. In the event that a product cannot be shipped to your address, we will notify you within 48 hours. USA orders typically take 4-13 businesses days to arrive. International orders typically take 4-14 business days to arrive, although some products can take up to 3-6 weeks to arrive. Palos is not responsible for any customs fees. Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours of placing your order before being shipped. You will be notified if there are anticipated delays on your order. We ship to the address provided and will not be liable for lost packages due to incorrect shipping information. 

 

RETURNS

Merchandise may be returned for a refund (minus shipping costs) within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date only when accompanied by the original sales receipt. After fourteen days (14) all sales will be final and merchandise will not be eligible for return or exchange. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted for a return.  Once our returns department has inspected the item(s) and approved them for re-sale, you will be refunded the cost of the item(s). If the item is defective, the replacement merchandise will be shipped after our returns department has inspected the item. Please contact info@palos.store if you have any questions prior to processing a return. 

All items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.

To process a return please email info@palosapparel.com You will be issued a return authorization#. We recommended you obtain a tracking number prior to sending back returns. Once an RA# is processed, the items must be shipped out immediately so packages can be received within 2 weeks of the date the RA# was created. Palos reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at our sole discretion.
